• To answer your questions and provide real estate services if you choose to work with us

If you give us your phone number through a form on this site, you agree that we may contact you by text about short-term rental investing and our services. These messages are written and sent by us personally, not by an automated system. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by telling us in any other way. We'll stop texting you and you'll still be able to reach us by phone or email. Reply HELP to any message if you need assistance.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who make our business run, and only so they can do their job for us:

• Our customer relationship manager, where your contact details and our conversation history are stored
• Form and automation tools that pass your submission from this website into that system
• Our email and calendar provider, so we can write to you and schedule calls
• Our website host and analytics or advertising platforms, in the limited form described below

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it's necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.
